The Hot Tub House lives up to its name. This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath Eden retreat sleeps 8 and pairs a private hot tub with mountain views, a fire pit, and a living room fireplace — an easy, comfortable base for a Powder Mountain ski trip or a summer week on the lake. Pets are welcome with prior approval.



The Space:

Open-plan living connects a gourmet kitchen (gas range and everything you need to actually cook), dining space, and a light-filled living room with views. Three bedrooms: a king master, a queen second bedroom, and bunk beds for the kids. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a washer and dryer keep longer stays easy. The fireplace anchors the living room for quiet evenings in.



Guest Access:

Full access to the entire home, the private hot tub, and the fire pit. The Bridges location puts hiking and biking trails, Wolf Creek Golf Course, and Pineview Reservoir within easy reach.



The Neighborhood:

The Bridges is one of Eden's most walkable-feeling pockets — quiet streets, mountain views in every direction, and the valley's best trailheads and shoreline a short drive away. Wolf Creek Golf Course is about 2 minutes, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10, Powder Mountain about 10, and Nordic Valley about 10. Snowbasin runs about 20 minutes; downtown Ogden about 25.



Getting Around:

A car makes the valley easy — parking is free at the house. In winter, the Powder Mountain ski shuttle stops at the community entrance. Fly into Salt Lake City International, about an hour away, and you're on the mountain the same afternoon.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. The kitchen comes stocked with the basics (blender, toaster, coffee maker, spices, dishwasher detergent), plus luxury linens, hot tub towels, and laundry detergent. Safety: exterior security cameras, smoke and CO alarms, first aid kit. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details.
