Bedrooms include: Master Bedroom: Featuring a luxurious king-size bed for ultimate comfort. Bedroom 2: Furnished with a queen-size bed. Bedroom 3: Perfect for the kids, with bunk beds. Shared Spaces include: The living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, is the perfect spot to unwind. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary creations, including a gas range and essential cookware. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This property is a single-level home, offering easy access. We provide free parking with space in the garage and driveway. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Guests must be at least 27 years old to book. A unique access code will be provided for secure entry. The home is suitable for children.



Pet Policy Rules

Pet Approval: Only pre-approved pets are allowed under 30lbs. Please specify the type, breed, and size of your pet in your reservation.

Pet Deposit: An extra cleaning fee of $65 is required.

Number of Pets: A Maximum of 1 pet per stay.

Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved, and owners are responsible for any damage, disturbances, or injuries caused by their pets.

Furniture & Premises: Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet bedding.

Leash & Restraint: Pets must be leashed or restrained when outside the property, including in shared areas.

Waste Disposal: Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.

Noise Control: Please keep pets quiet to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Health & Safety: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from fleas or parasites.

Additional Charges: Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to pets will be deducted from the pet deposit.
