Talbot County MD STR license #STRN-23-9. Relax & enjoy this Miles River waterfront home. This 5 bedroom + bunk room home has been completely renovated, to create a bright, sunny, soothing retreat for your family. Equipped with a gourmet kitchen, art studio, pool table room, screened-in porch, ping pong table, wide pier, new salt water pool with a sun ledge, spa bathrooms with waterfall showers & soaking tubs, a large sauna, and amazing views from every room.
Besides the unique high elevation with amazing westerly sunset views, one of our favorite things about this property is its location. You really won't want to leave. However, even though you are surrounded by nature you are only minutes from the wonderful restaurants, shops & amenities of Easton. You may decide to bring your boat or rent one & can be in the St. Micheal's harbor in less than 20 minutes from our pier. The towns of Oxford & Cambridge are a quick drive away as well. We are convenient to BWI & Ocean City Md.
Besides the beautifully tiled bathrooms, every other room has random width white oak floors. The bedrooms all have new, high-end mattresses. There are two king beds, 3 queen beds, and 6 full beds so you will have plenty of space, choices & room to sleep comfortably. The sauna has a hall access for all to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped with brand new Jenn-air appliances. We hope you enjoy all the fun details of this house such as the waterfall sink, soaking tubs, the restoration hardware furnishings, beautiful pool table, unique lighting, as well as the soothing color scheme. This house was designed & rebuilt to bring the family together & offer creative, fun activities that will give every person something to do.
The brand new pebble surface pool has a sun ledge with an umbrella where you can sit & enjoy the river views or just watch the kids play volleyball in the shallow end. There is a ping-pong table, pool table, tree swing, kayaks, canoe, stand up paddleboard, crab traps, pier, chess table, large screened porch, custom built bed swing, outdoor shower, fireplace & large round game table.
We are sure that you will find some way to play, relax, enjoy your loved ones, & refresh here at Sunset Landing.

Another fantastic stay! Everything about the house in comfortable, plenty of seating, places to eat, areas within the house to talk, play games, etc.. The kitchen has what you need to cook a meal or bring in some crabs and eat them on the screened-in porch. Every bed is comfortable. The view is perfect and we were fortunate to have some hot September weather and take advantage of the pool. Just a short drive to Easton and St Michael, but remote enough to feel like you are really getting away from it all! The hosts couldn't be easier to work with. We can't wait for another stay!

What a beautiful property this is! Loved the sereneness of the area combined with easy access into Easton for food and shops. The house was big, bright, and open. Plenty of room for the nine of us, with even a bedroom to spare. The bathrooms were huge, very clean. We utilized the dock every day, used the kayaks and enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table as well. The neighbors in the area were very welcoming and friendly, stopping to ask about us when we ran into them on our walks. Michelle was there when some of us arrived and was a very pleasant lady. She does a great job with her home! We would highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in visiting Talbot County. There is much to explore in the area and it's a unique area compared to our average beach and lake trips. A lot of birdlife, it's very entertaining. Thanks for everything Paul and Michelle!

Wonderful Stay

We just left a week stay at Sunset Landing. The home, property and pool were all beautiful. We had 6 adults and 4 children. There was plenty for all to enjoy. The home came up with stand up paddle boards and kayaks to enjoy out on the water. The pool with a splash pad landing was perfect for the kids and adults. Many nights were enjoyed on the screened in porch with swing couch. And the interior of the house and rooms were all clean and very well laid out. Highly recommend a stay here!

Sunset Landing Ladies Weekend

6 women for the 6 bedroom home. The house was great for our weekend. The only complaint was that the weather did not allow for more outdoor activities, though we had plenty of space inside to enjoy ourselves. The house has all the amenities and more.

Fabulous weekend

Our weekend was shared with long time friends and we were not disappointmed. The house was amazing and the pictures online were accurate. We drove to nearby St. Michaels for the day and it was wonderful. We will definitely be back in the warm weather so we can use the pool.

Great family weekend

We had a great time with our kids and their partners at Sunset Landing. House was beautiful, so many amenities and we took advantage of as many as we could. Exceeded all expectations!

This property is just beautiful. While the photos look nice, seeing it in person is another experience all together. All of the rooms are spacious. You awake to a gorgeous view from practically every bedroom. You will not be disappointed.

Family Reunion at Sunset Landing

This home was a great location for our family reunion in the Easton/St. Michael’s area. The floor plan and outside spaces are outstanding for family gatherings. Take note that the listing says there is a firm 10 person limit even though there is sleeping space for many more. The pool was awesome and the river front views/dock a bonus. The host’s agent was tremendous, communicating quickly when necessary. He also provided several recommendations for local activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Sunset Landing.

Great house. Great location.

The house was the perfect size for my extended family get together. The river views were amazing. The saltwater pool was perfect. Less than perfect were the construction noises from the house being built next door. While the noise was not deafening it definitely put a huge dent in what could have been a tranquil setting. I feel as though I should have been advised about the construction while I still had the option to cancel with a partial refund or should have been refunded some money considering the circumstances. I also had to manage the gutter repair people who I was advised were coming on a certain day. When they arrived they had no idea what they were supposed to be working on. So I had to get in touch with property manager etc.

Dad's 70th

We had a great time coming together to celebrate our Dad's 70th birthday at this house. The pool was utilized as much as we could and the sunsets on the water were incredible. We visited St. Michaels and even went into Annapolis for a day. The location was perfect!
