« This house is one of the NICEST vacation rentals I’ve stayed in. The owner is wonderful and extremely accommodating. Definitely went ABOVE AND BEYOND in more ways than one! There was a small issue that was NOT at the fault of the owners, but they did everything they possibly could to remedy the issue. « This is the second year in a row that we rented this cabin and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. The weather was not cooperative, so we spent more time inside the cabin and we had planned, but given how ring me it is, it was just fine. I appreciate if they got the swim pad because that was a lot of fun for the kids this year. Rented kayaks down in Boyne and so we had those for most of our stay which was fun. « Home pictures are accurate. "Newly renovated" is not accurate but the home is quite nice. Sufficient bathrooms and every thing worked. Water front property is exactly as pictures show. Docking facility for our boat was wonderful. Great facility and ample parking for our vehicles. Weather was not the best during our stay but I'm sure it would be even more pleasant with great weather. »

« Host Larry Kish is very easy to work with. He has rented this house 30 years. It has a great layout with a large kitchen joined to a large family room and great views of the lake. There is lots of seating space for eating, lounging and spending time on a porch. The private dock and boat lift came in very handy. I am not sure if a public boat ramp is being constructed for the 2024 year, which if it is, might pose a challenge to some. »

« Lake views were great, deck was on the Lake Shore, kitchen and baths were clean and appliances were fairly new. Location convenient and easy to get to stores and restaurants in East Jordan as well as on the highway to get to Charlevoix and Petoskey or Traverse for more specialized, tourist shopping. « I really enjoyed my stay everything was really great except for the fact there was no TV and there was no microwave other than that we had a fantastic time it did take us a little bit to find the property because we were given the wrong address on accident it was only like 10 minutes and we found the place so no harm other than that we had a fantastic time we were allowed to use all the amenities on the property which was really great and it was a peaceful beautiful spot »

« There was a little hiccup a few days before. Blake was right on it and all was well when we got there. Lots of space, beautiful view. Worked out perfectly. We were busy with a wedding wish we had more time there. »
