Featuring a large pool with expansive decking and a big yard for the kids to run around in- this is the perfect summer rental home.
Release your inner chef in this newly renovated, fully stocked chefs kitchen complete with a professional series oversized refrigerator and a 6-burner gas cook top.
The house also features a media room and plenty of space to entertain. When it is time to retreat to the bedroom take your pick of the five spacious rooms, including a master suite on both the first and second floors. The house is also equipped with cable and wifi for all of your entertainment needs.
Venture into town for a variety of the Hampton's best shopping and dining options. It is just a short walk or drive about a mile to the center of East Hampton's Main Street.

Cleaning Disclaimer: One end of stay cleaning is included in the reservation total. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory. In-stay cleanings are the guest's expense.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.
Note: All payments must be made prior to check-in.
VRBO charges the guest directly for their service fee and applicable taxes, while StayMarquis charges separately for the rental rate. As a result, you will see two separate charges at the time of booking-one from VRBO and one from StayMarquis.
If there is a second installment, it will be collected directly by StayMarquis shortly after the first installment.
Payment Method: Balance payments made with credit card are capped at $3,500. Payments over $3,500 shall be made by check, ACH or wire.
Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $25,000 of damage protection. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.

Great weekend in the Hamptons
Very nice house that has everything you need. We have 4 couples stay for a long weekend. Plenty of room for everyone. Easy walk into town. We really enjoyed hanging by the pool in the backyard. Would definitely rent this property again.

Cozy house for a big group
Celebrated my birthday weekend on the last weekend of March with 9 women and this house was perfect! It was spacious enough to accommodate all of us, whether we were cooking in the kitchen, hanging in the living room, eating at the super long dining table, or watching a movie in the tv room. There were also enough beds for majority of the group which was fantastic and no one had to sleep in a bunk bed which is a bonus!! We are grown women and bunk beds are not ideal. Despite the large size it was super cozy to lounge around in and fully stocked with all the essentials you would need. The house is centrally located minutes from the town of East Hampton in one direction or a few minutes to Amagansett in the other direction. There is a pool but unfortunately it was not open yet for the season. So if I had 1 negative to say about Floyd's Estate is that we didn't get to try the pool. I will definitely book again!

Great location, spread out rooms and fully functional kitchen and other amenities.
I wish I had stayed here longer. This is a very centrally located property in East Hamptons and yet away from the Main Street hustle. Well maintained with most amenities. The furniture could use some upgrade especially the couch in the master bedroom upstairs. Overall great experience.

Beautiful property, great location
It was amazing! Unfortunately, with the weather in the upper 60's/low 70's, it was too cold to go into pool which doesn't have a heater. Word to the wise: we were a family of 11 so if all showers are running at the same time, the hot water runs out quickly even with quick showers. The hosts were great and sent a plumber out immediately but there wasn't anything to fix. Just try to have 10-15 minute breaks between showers to give the heater time to warm up again. Central location, great for all ages!

House rental review
The property needs some TLC. Great space but blinds were ripped in the master bedroom, no window coverings at all in bathrooms that faced main road and next door neighbors.
The listing was slightly deceptive in that it didn’t indicate property is actually on a main road.
Have yet to receive security deposit back which management company has had for
7 weeks prior to rental and now 2 weeks since rental even though it is off season and house was left in impeccable condition

We rented this home the for the month of September last year as they were already booked for 2017. We had the most marvelous time. This home is spacious , well laid out for small or large gatherings and a wonderful spot to relax with family and friends. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with a lovely backyard with pool. Close to town by bike or a bit longer by walking to the heart of East Hampton. If you can\'t rent this home for the summer September and October are absolutely gorgeous in the Hamptons. My wife and I are debating what to do again this end of summer. Book early as there always seems to be a lot of interest here. The family that owns the property could not be any nicer or more accommodating to our needs.
