The 20 m² property consists of a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as a dryer.  
  
This holiday home features a shared kitchen. Public transport can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. The property is located in a commercial area. There are cameras around the accommodation to protect property and people. Parking is available on the premises, and there are also free parking spaces on the street. One pet is allowed.
