The service was ok, but there multiple times I had no hot water and had to call front desk. But the location was great as is by downtown. Other than that I wouldn't stay here again.

Wonderful pool!

Very nice overall impression of place. Our room was nothing special, but the staff was really friendly and helpful, the breakfast had some nice surprises, like peppers and zucchini. The best feature was the pool. It was lovely and heated and there were lounge chairs nearby.

Location was great as it was walking distance to everything we wanted to see downtown. However, the hotel was older. My room had broken lamps, non-working bulbs, and free breakfast was very limited.

Cons: Heating was not working, the room was cold all the time. Blinders and curtains in bad state. Not enough toiletries for the number of guests. Pros: Location, walking distance from main square, restaurants and museums. Free parking on site.

The hotel is ok , well located , very close to shops , restaurants, the main plaza and the Constitution corridor, a nice complimentary free breakfast , the staff at the restaurant are very nice and helpful , the free parking is also good, my room didn't have a complimentary water bottles , or toiletries or toilet paper , I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and I really didn't like at check out time the front desk staff sent the housekeeper to check my room for anything missing , like if I was going to take the raged towels or something as a souvenir , I have stayed at many really good hotels in US and Mexico and never had this inconvenience before, this one that doesn't compare at all , they made me feel like if I was a crook or something , very tasteless from the management part

The room was outdated with old carpeting that had a foul odor. I did appreciate the full-size refrigerator. The door key often required reactivation as it often did not work. The breakfast was very limited and did not include eggs, which was disappointing. No orange juice. Not very kid friendly. The pool was essentially out of commission as it was very dirty with green algae and we were not able to use it at all. It is very dark at night, but I feel very safe coming in and out of the hotel. Multiple times times there were large, semi trucks parked right in front of our entryway, which was difficult to get in. On my first day I had a very difficult time getting the luggage through as there was a huge truck parked right in the walkway. Overall, my rating is very poor to the above concerns that were addressed, but some obviously were not resolved. I think the worst comment was regarding the breakfast very disappointing and the pool that was not available which are two major reasons why I chose this hotel, especially since it was in the downtown area and very convenient to transportation and multiple convenience stores, including Oxxo and Soriano

Bad experience at the hotel, what the description says is a lie, there was no water to bathe, there were no towels for 3 people, the only good thing was the staff was friendly, I do not recommend it in summer

The first room was not designed for an 83 year old person. My mom needed a bathroom designed for people her age with security hand riels and higher toilets. The second room was better

Unfortunately this place it’s not what it seems online. This place needs to be updated. Everything looks old in the inside. The carpet it’s smelly and makes the whole place smell pretty bad. I suffer from allergies, due to the smell I had a hard time breathing. It’s missing a lot of essentials like, mirrors, trash cans, iron, iron board. The only good thing about this place is that is in downtown and everything is walking distance other than that I am pretty disappointed. This is my first and last time staying in this place.
