With three bedrooms, a sun deck, an artificial grass area with a slide, and an outdoor 32-square-meter private heted pool with hydromassage, Seaview Villa Roko can comfortably sleep six plus two guests. It is fully air-conditioned, has a PS5, free WiFi, a fully functional kitchen, and breathtaking views of the sea and islands.

*The outdoor space includes a 32 square meter (8 x 4 meter) private heated pool with hydromassage, a sun deck area with six deck chairs, a sun umbrella, a comfortable outdoor lounge area, an outdoor shower, an eight-person covered/open outdoor dining area with direct access to the kitchen, and a traditional barbecue (woods/charcoal). Adjacent to the pool area is a kid-friendly outdoor playground with a slide, swing, and other toys and a gated parking area that can accommodate two cars. The parking is covered with a security camera that monitors a space around a Villa.

*The ground floor features a stylish living and dining area with air conditioning, a fully functional kitchen that has everything a modern guest could need for a comfortable stay (including a microwave and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker), a dining table that opens directly to the pool and an outdoor lounging area, a living room with a comfy sofa that can be turned into a sofa bed measuring 120 cm by 190 cm, a flat-screen TV, and a tent for your youngest child complete with some toys. A media room featuring a cozy sofa that can be folded into a 110cm by 190cm sofa bed, air conditioning, free WiFi, a smart TV, a PS5 for your little one, and a few family/group games is equipped with an exit leading to the pool and sun deck area. Additionally, there is a washing machine next to the separate toilet.

*Bedroom No. 1 (12,6 square meters) on the first floor features a queen-size bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, an attached bathroom featuring a shower, a TV, air conditioning, sea views, and a balcony. Bedroom No. 2 (10 sqm) has a queen-size bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, a TV, a shower, and a balcony with views of the sea. The third bedroom is 13 square meters and has two 90-by-200-cm single beds, a TV, air conditioning, a balcony, and views of the sea.Situated 4 km up the road from the coast, Seaview Villa Roko is perched on a slope in an ancient section of Krilo Jesenice, offering breathtaking views of the sea. The closest town is Omiš, which is only 11 kilometers away and offers a remarkable blend of sandy beaches, mountains, the Adriatic Sea, the Cetina River, and a rich past surrounded by hospitable people. The medieval fortresses of Mirabela and Fortica, which provide a distinctive perspective of Omis, are highly recommended. There are many options available if you prefer high-adrenaline sports, such as kite windsurfing, rafting, free climbing, and zip line. Alternatively, you could visit Radmanove mlinice in Cetina canyon and have dinner in a serene setting while taking in the sound of the river, or you could dine at one of the fine restaurants in the old part of Omis, such as Bastion, Milo, or Pod Odrnom, and just take a little break while savoring some local specialties.
