The accommodation is located on the third floor of a well-maintained house directly by the sea and impresses with two balconies that offer a magnificent view of the Adriatic - ideal for relaxed hours with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. The apartment is suitable for up to five people and features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Both bedrooms offer sea views, with one of them additionally having a sofa bed that is perfect for an additional person. In the living and dining area, the air conditioning (for a fee) ensures pleasant temperatures. WiFi and satellite TV are available free of charge, as are bed linen and towels. Directly at the house, there is a free, sun-protected car park. On the ground floor, a cosy beach bar awaits you, where breakfast buffet can be served in the morning upon request (for a fee). During the day and in the evening, refreshments, cocktails and small snacks are offered – ideal for letting the day by the sea end in a relaxed atmosphere. The sandy beach is only about 10 metres away and is considered one of the most beautiful in the region. The gently sloping, clear water is perfect for families with children, and the tamarisks along the beach provide pleasant shade. Two loungers are available to you free of charge. In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous leisure opportunities and good infrastructure: restaurants (50 m), supermarket (300 m), bakery (300 m), café (10 m) and the centre of Omiš (1.4 km) are conveniently accessible. Omiš captivates with its charming old town, small boutiques, cosy establishments and diverse excursion options – from rafting on the Cetina to sailing, diving or paragliding.
