The location was on the higher end of the stairwell - something you cannon get around when staying in the Old Town. The room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Our Vivaldi room was spacious, immaculate with attention to detail. We had an excellent en-suite shower room and very good tea & coffee facilities. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the wardrobe more than sufficient with towels, dressing gowns and slippers provided. Luka and his staff went above and beyond with a very clear room location video and our transfer was taken care of (great, very friendly taxi driver). Dubrovnik is a magical place, visually stunning and there’s plenty of restaurants and cafes both inside and outside the city walls. The Wall Walk is highly recommended and although €40 p.p it is superb, take your camera. Lots more restaurants just one level down, and the main area of the old town just a further level below. A few days before our arrival, the staff got in touch with us, providing confirmation, directions, tips, and even a link to book a transfer that was waiting for us upon arrival. The transfer was both friendly and professional. The host stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp, making everything so easy. Upon our arrival, a staff member was waiting to escort us to our apartment (we stayed in Old Town Dubrovnik, which is a car-free area). The room was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The decor was lovely, the towels were fresh, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and my favorite part was the great coffee machine. For check-in and check-out, they were flexible, allowing us to check in early and check out late. To top it off, they stored our luggage for a few hours after check-out, allowing us to explore the beautiful city of Dubrovnik a little longer, luggage-free. It was the perfect stay, and we can't wait to return! O quarto é amplo, bastante limpo, com ótimas roupas de cama e boas roupas de banho (poderiam ser mais macias). A cama é excelente, o banheiro bom e o ar condicionado ótimo. Internet e TV smart, acima da média. Localização maravilhosa para quem quer uma experiência de vivenciar a cidade amuralhda... para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção ou famílias com crianças, não é recomendável, pois tem muitas escadas para acessar. Atendimento ótimo.
