Welcome to Villa Siente with Pool in Zaton near Dubrovnik Old Town. It has found its place only 200 m from the Adriatic Sea. So, if you are looking for a family villa in a peaceful neighborhood near Dubrovnik town, this is the right place for you.  
This charming villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. 8 people is optimum, while 2 people can sleep in additional beds. This villa has two floors and a surface of 230 m2\.   
The interior of this 4-star villa is very stylish with modern and extra quality pieces of furniture. It oozes a homey ambiance, so you are going to feel relaxed.   
The kitchen is fully equipped, and it is located on the ground floor. It comes with a dining area that offers a view of the pool. There is one bedroom and one shared bathroom on the ground floor.   
The first floor consists of three comfortable bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms provide both functionality and aesthetics. Three bathrooms have a shower. The shower area creates a sleek and open feel. One bathroom has a bathtub. On the first floor there is also a fabulously designed living room  
The highlight of the property is an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by 8 sun chairs and 4 sun umbrellas. This part of the villa will probably be your favorite during your holiday. An outdoor dining table is on the terrace and will be a great asset for your holiday.
