After a day of exploring the city and its surroundings, you can unwind on your private terrace, enjoying the stunning views over Lapad Bay and the Adriatic Sea. This area offers beaches, cafes, restaurants, and local markets, and it’s the perfect base for exploring the city.The studio features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), a cozy sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Spanning 30 sqm, it also includes a furnished terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, and kitchen utensils, while the bathroom offers a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience.All guests have access to shared terrace and to private transfer. Private parking is included. Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. The apartment was comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the terrace. We were there during a heatwave and even though there is only one air con, the apartment was cool. The flat is beautiful with amazing views. We only had one night there on our way back from korcula. We wish we had longer. The area seemed very nice and good for families and couples.
