The property is in a good location with easy walking access to the old town. You need to be relatively fit whereever you stay in Dubrovnik. This flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift so something to consider if you have large suitcases that you need to lug up. The host was very communicative and was readily answering my questions. We had a pleasant stay. The view from the balcony is amazing!

I had a wonderful stay here! The view from the balcony is one of the best you'll find in Dubrovnik, and it was a nice 10 minute walk outside of the busy Old Town. It was perfect for me as a solo female traveler, very safe and has a nice kitchenette if you like to get your food from the market (which is right downstairs!). I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Dubrovnik!

This is a charming little studio with a view worth every Euro. The balcony overlooks old town and the room is on the 3rd floor with expansive views. There is no elevator, so be ready to carry luggage up three flights (European third floor above ground level). It's a split apartment with separate entrances for the woman living next door and the rental. She was very nice, and we didn't see her much after check-in. The building itself is set back from the road...so you won't see the address marked on the street, but the drive to the apartment building is in the appropriate place for the street number. Bottom line: it's not the Ritz, but it's clean and close to town with a view to die for.
