You can enjoy on beautiful 40 sqm terrace with sea views! Tennis courts are also 5 minutes from house, you can rent equipment or bring yours and enjoy the tournament :) Studio apartment is for 2 persons, 27 sqm living space and 40 sqm terrace with sea view, bathroom is with shower and has washing machine. Summer kitchen consist of fridge, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven and kitchen utensils. TV, air conditioned, has wi-fi, and sea view. Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik. Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. The location is perfect. 5min drive to a harbour with lots of restaurants, 5min drive to the old town parking. In both cases a 30min walk. Location is amazing. Really nice beach within a few minutes walk. Can easily walk to old town in about 25 min. Lots of restaurants around. Check in was good just had to wait awhile due to some miscommunication, check your what’s app as it seems the owners are using an agency to run their bookings for them and the agency doesn’t communicate well with them. We also didn’t expect to have other guests/family there during our stay and some of the pictures used aren’t available to you.
