Excellent service. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. WiFi is very reliable. And ROVE JBR is conveniently located in the heart of JBR. A few minutes away from the beach. And they even give you a towel to take to the beach. Food is also pretty good at the restaurant upstairs.

I was very excited to book at ROVE due to its location but was very disappointed with the roach situation. There were roaches all around in the appointment including washrooms. We noticed them late night and checked out the next morning. ROVE staff was very helpful with cancelling and reimbursing.
