Overall the stay was amazing, all of the staff were friendly, the friendly cleaners, the breakfast team and also the concierge team. We had a baby and a toddler and they were always great with them and helping us in/out of Taxis. The building is clean, the amenities are decent and having a kitchen/laundry in the room is a huge bonus. It is beautiful, comfortable and well serviced. It is clean and the room has a washing machine, a microwave and a heating surface for cooking and heating.
