Pirna, also known as the gateway to Saxon Switzerland, is about a 15-minute drive from Dresden.
From our lodging, you can join the Malerweg trail directly. In about 25 minutes, you’ll reach the Wagner Monument, at the site where Wagner is said to have drawn inspiration for *Lohengrin*. You can also reach the Richard Wagner sites (the castle and the Lohengrin House) with a 15-minute walk.
Your lodging is about 4 km from Pirna’s historic old town and is situated in a very quiet location on a late-Classical, lovingly restored half-timbered farmstead. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Richard Wagner’s life, right in the area where Wagner sought and found exile as court conductor.

In Pirna, a visitor’s tax of €2 per adult per night applies, which must be paid in cash on site. The guest card includes free use of public transportation.

Surcharge for an extra bed (does not apply to a baby crib, which is free): €10 per night. To cover the additional cleaning costs, we charge a daily flat rate of 8,- € for pets.

We charge a flat fee of 30,- € for the final cleaning of the apartment, which must be paid in cash on site.
