At 80 m², our most spacious apartment, right on the promenade. The covered balcony opens off the living area; from there you look out over the harbour and the Elbe.

Up to four guests sleep in the double bed (160 × 200) and on the sofa bed. The bathroom has a rain shower and a bathtub; underfloor heating keeps you warm in winter, and gentle ceiling cooling keeps it pleasant in summer. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

The Gleam Standard: everything is already here, as in a small boutique hotel. A welcome package with coffee and tea, a bathroom with magnifying mirror, heated towel rail and toiletries, quality bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher tabs and detergent, plus more than 200 TV channels free via Zattoo.

The location: quiet, on the north bank of the Elbe, on the promenade and the Elbe cycle path in HafenCity, at the edge of the Neustadt. The Old Town is about a 20-minute walk along the river.

Good to know: 1st floor with lift, step-free access. An underground parking space is included. Cot and high chair available on request.
