The apartment is located on the first floor in Leipziger Vorstadt, which is part of the trendy Neustadt neighborhood. However, it’s not in the heart of Neustadt but rather on the outskirts; you can walk to the heart of Neustadt in ten minutes without having to deal with party noise while you sleep.

The apartment features two double beds in one bedroom and a sofa bed that sleeps two, along with an open-concept kitchen-living room. There’s also a spacious bathroom with a tub and a washing machine, and a small hallway with just enough space for shoes and jackets. The bedroom also has shelves and a small closet for storing clothes.
