Gracious hosts in a beautiful and accessible location

We greatly enjoyed 5 nights over Christmas at Jürgen and Ursula’s. They welcomed us at the parking - easy to find with their directions if a little tight - and helped get our bags up to the attic flat. The space was perfect for 3 adults and the views over the Blue Wonder bridge were delightful. It was a 10-minute walk down the hill and over the bridge to a tram stop that took us to city center, though there were plenty of restaurants and a small grocery near the bridge as well. They let us wash a load of laundry, and even left us some stollen on Christmas Eve! I would definitely recommend their place for a family visiting Dresden.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und tollen Blick auf Dresden. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine Dresden Card und so konnte das Auto stehen bleiben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnung ist nicht nur sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sondern auch hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Küche – es waren sogar Gewürze, Essig und Öl vorhanden, was das Kochen vor Ort unglaublich angenehm gemacht hat. Solche Details zeigen, wie viel Mühe sich die Gastgeber geben. Die Lage ist wunderschön, alles war wie beschrieben, und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großzügige Wohnung (die wir mit 3 Erwachsenen bewohnt haben) mit vollständiger Ausstattung. Zwar nicht sehr zentrumsnah, dafür ruhig und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale in der Nähe. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV und die Elbe-Schifffahrt. Schöner Blick über Dresden und das "Blaue Wunder". Achtung: für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen schwierig (steile Treppe zum Haus, aber ein Gepäckaufzug vorhanden). Freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt !

Sehr gut gelegen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Ferienwohnung, geräumig mit Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und im großen Schlafzimmer. Einzige Kritikpunkte wären der Fernseher der sehr klein war und die Keramikpfannen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell zu Fuß über die Brücke wo man eine Auswahl an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat ( Wochenmarkt Dienstag und Donnerstags). Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas beengt. Insgesamt vom Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis top.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick über die Elbe und die Stadt. Wegen der Hanglage sollte man einige Treppen steigen können. In der nahen Umgebung findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Die Umgebung bietet Spazierwege durch das Villenviertel und an der Elbe. Durch die gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gelangt man einfach in die Innenstadt.

Toller Ausblick gute Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf das blaue Wunder und bei guter Sicht kann man bis in die Albstadt sehen. Es wäre allerdings sehr gut gewesen, wenn wir gewusst hätten, daß es über 100 Stufen vom Auto bis in die Wohnung sind. Aber Dresden ist wirklich eine Reise wert.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Hanglage in Loschwitz. Von der großzügigen Terrasse Blick auf die Elbe. Beste Anbindung mit ÖPNV in die Dresdner Innenstadt. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern unkompliziert. Sehr gute Anfahrtsbeschreibung und auch ansonsten an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durchaus empfehlenswert für alle, die gut Treppen steigen können.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großer Terasse

Unser Aufenthalt war rundherum gelungen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön - mit Blick auf das blaue Wunder -. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist komfortabel. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb Dresdens und Umgebung, können bequem mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreicht werden. Die Wohnung kann ich jeden weiterempfehlen. Super Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wohnung in tipptopp Zustand. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Uns, und sicher auch vielen nach uns, wäre mit einem Hinweis auf die für ältere oder behinderte Personen doch sehr anstrengenden 114 Stufen gedient (gewesen).
