*Please note the home includes a private lower-level lockoff apartment with its own separate entrance that may be occupied during your stay. Guests will have exclusive access to all main living areas of the home, as well as the lower-level second living room and dedicated workout space. The separate lower unit is fully private from the rest of the home and does not impact the guest experience.*

Sleeping Arrangements: The home comfortably accommodates families and larger groups across

Main Level:
The primary suite features a King bed, beautiful mountain views, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, double vanity, and spacious walk in shower.

Three additional bedrooms are also located on the main level:
• One bedroom with a Full bed
• Two bedrooms with Queen beds
• These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk in shower.

Lower Level:
The lower level also features a second living room with a large TV, giving your group even more space to relax after a day of exploring. You'll also find a half bathroom, dedicated workout area with a Peloton bike, yoga mats, and a full length mirror for guests who want to stay active during their stay.

Kitchen & Living:
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The main living area offers spectacular mountain views, comfortable seating, and a cozy fireplace, creating the perfect place to gather after a day of exploring.

Guest access:
Guests have private access. Self check in is available using a keypad, and your access code will be sent the day before arrival.

Parking:
The garage is unavailable during the summer months, but the driveway offers free parking for multiple vehicles. Please leave the two spots on the right side of the driveway available in the event lower-level guests are present. Our goal is to provide every guest with a five star experience. Our local team is available throughout your stay and responds quickly to any questions or concerns.
