There aren’t a whole lot of pros. The CONS: the mattress was completely yellow from stains, the couches were covered in stains (one completely broken and held up with a paint can), the area rug had never been vacuumed covered in dirt and hair, roaches on curtains, mold and grime all around the toilet, app to run lights did not work which meant we couldn’t turn them off (had to unscrew 2 lightbulbs, and deal with 1 staying on all night-lit up half the room all night), hole in roof of shower, comforter had stains on it, throw couch pillows smelled of dirt and sweat, 1st night consisted of bass thumping from 9pm- 3am and people screaming in the street for hours, 2nd night the neighbors had company and were smoking so much weed that it was filling up our room, the whole complex is sketchy, brick is breaking off in hall walkway, stairs are rickety going up 3 flights on steps that are loose and slanted. Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep and wouldn’t NOT stay here again if we got paid to.

Actual property was very good but a little ‘hip’ for 77 year olds!! Clean. Spacious. On Friday night was lots of ‘commotion’ outside with locals playing loud bass music til middle of the night. A little complicated check in/check out requiring multiple trips up/down 4 flights of stairs to obtain keys etc.
