This holiday rental offers a serene escape from the bustling city life, nestled 2 km above the center of Dongo and surrounded by picturesque landscapes.

The property features a beautifully terraced garden adorned with vibrant plants and towering trees, as well as a lush meadow, perfect for leisurely strolls or picnics. A stepped path leads to the house, providing a scenic route amidst the natural surroundings. The residence is enclosed by electric gates, ensuring privacy and security for your peaceful getaway.

Amenities within proximity include a supermarket conveniently located 1.5 km away, a bus stop at a 2 km distance, and the "Como" railway station 48 km from the property. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 7-room house with a total area of 180 square meters spread across three levels, facing the south-east direction. The house features a beautiful and rustic furnishing style, with a large living/dining room equipped with a dining table and satellite TV, leading out to a terrace. One of the rooms has a French bed measuring 160 cm, while another room has two regular beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a shower and WC.  
  
On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you'll find a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and satellite TV, providing access to the terrace. This floor also has a room with a French bed (160 cm) and another room with two beds, as well as an open kitchen with an oven, four induction hot plates, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a bath/WC and a shower/WC.  
  
The second upper floor features a room with sloping ceilings at a height of 175 cm, complete with a rooflight and two beds. The house is equipped with heating and wooden floors throughout.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers two large terraces, one of which is covered, along with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs. You can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and Monte Legnone (2609 m) from the terraces. The house is equipped with a children's high chair and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds. Internet access (WiFi) is provided free of charge. Additionally, there is reserved parking for two cars and a garage that can accommodate one car.
