« Sie haben jedem von uns eine große Tasse Heißgetränk gebracht, und im Zimmer stand auch für jede Person eine Flasche Wasser und ein kleines Stück Schokolade bereit – so aufmerksam! Auch wenn es kleine Dinge sind, hat mich die dahinterstehende Fürsorge wirklich gerührt. Im Restaurant erhielten wir automatisch 25 % Rabatt auf das Essen. Unser Zimmer ging tatsächlich zum Fluss hinaus, und abends konnten wir sogar die Silvesterfeuerwerke direkt vom Zimmer aus sehen. Wir haben uns so unglaublich...

« Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans cet hôtel en route entre Cracovie et Paris pour y passer une nuit. Les deux chambres communicantes - nous étions quatre - étaient prêtes, il a fallu juste mettre le chauffage. La salle de bain séparée - une bonne cabine de douche + un lavabo, bien équipée, on pouvait aussi utiliser un micro-ondes dans l'entrée. Tout était neuf et immaculée, le silence total. Le petit déjeuner - buffet était excellent, le choix de plats plus que suffisant. Et le quartier - une rue de...

« Sehr schönes Hotel!!!! Tolles Frühstück. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Es kommt dazu dass ich vor einige Wochen eine Reservierung kurzfristig stornieren musste wegen Autoschaden, dies war kurzfristig und unproblematisch möglich ! Sehr professionell, ich werde wieder kommen ! Das Hotel nimm ich zu meine Favoriten!!! »

"I did not eat there, unfortunately, I can't remove the stars from the evaluation. The hotel is cute and a nice walking distance from the city center, without all the hussle and bussel. The Residenzschloss is not even 15 min of walk away, and it gave me the opportunity to really explore Dresden. If you're feeling lazy or have a physical condition, the Mitte station is basically across the street. There wasn't a mini fridg in the room, and the shower temperature wasn't consistent, even in short and quick shower. They only clean the rooms once every three nights. Unfortunately for me, I was sick with a small cold, and one of the trash can hadn't been emptied at my arrival. With my runny nose, it was a close call when the cleaning staff finally came late afternoon."
