### Cottage new, large terrace overlooking the sea. Between s. Margherita and Chia.
Eden Rock is a quiet condominium, with only private properties, no restaurants, groceries, bars inside. People can access the condominium only if allowed by a resident.
The property is situated on a hill of the condominium facing the blue of the sea. There is an independent access door from the terrace to the kitchen (equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle and coffee machine) and a living room with a couch and a bose speaker. 4G-WI-FI. No TV but a 27'' monitor is at your disposal.
At the first level, are the two rooms (Matisse room, where one wall is purple, and Smurf room, which recalls the blue of the sea). Both rooms have a direct sea view.
In the outdoor area, there is a large barbeque area, with stone sink, table and two stools, enjoying the view of the sea.
In the back of the cottage was organized an outdoor shower with hot water, which ensures complete privacy. In the outer part, there is also the washing area.
Chia is preparing to manage tourism in this difficult situation. Sardinia is a COVID safe region. The local government is organizing a system to access the beaches so that to prevent crowds. You can be sure you are going to find your special spot, also in private beach areas. You can be sure you are going to find your uncontaminated place. Also, restaurants and small markets are organizing their services so that to assure open-air service or home delivery. I will be available to help you so that your holidays will be pleasurable and safe. I will provide all the necessary information you may need in this peculiar situation. If you are looking for a full immersion quiet beach holiday you are going to have it.

I fully enjoyed my stay, the view with the sunrise and the sea on the terrace was breathtaking. The house felt super cheerful and very comfortable with cold AC and hot water. I would recommend a car as the house is on top of Eden Rock. Lovely area, with two boutique hotels with very nice pools in walking distance.I would definitely come back to visit!

The unit had a rustic charm about it. As it is set in the hills- the panoramic view it offers is amazing. It's located within a few minutes from various restaurants, shops and services, and others are just a short drive away. Our host was easily reachable, and very personable.

#### Beautiful Sardinian Getaway
My husband and I have taken my family away for wonderful 10 days in Sardinia and made the best choice by staying in Anna's place! Location: The house is set in the beautiful area of Chia and Donus de Maria with a gorgeous view of the blue sea and gorges. It is very quiet and relaxing to stay here and so easy to get to anywhere you would need. All beaches, shops only 5-10 min drive away. We loved waking up in the morning and having breakfast in the terrace as well as long summer evenings. Out of ten days we only eaten few times out because we loved the view so much it was not fair to compromise on it by going out. House : the house has two floors, the main lounge, kitchen and terrace on the ground and two comfortable bedrooms in the second. It is a great lay out and was comfortable for 4 people to stay. We also liked the shower at the back of the house that is outsid and very nice to use when coming back from the beach. The house has everything you need and to cook and clean. I also loved the fact that it is very environmentally friendly and sustainable, such a lovely idea! Host: this is the most important ! You could not imagine a more kind and welcoming host! I have been in touch with Anna for several month for the booking and she has been extremely helpful and considerate. She gave us some great advice on places to visit in the area and restaurant recommendations. Most of all she was always so smiley, accommodating and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at her place! If you are a couple or a family who want to just relax and enjoy the beautiful weather, food and beaches of South Coast of Sardinia this is a place for you! We hope to come back soon to getaway from Busy london and rechange our batteries! Thank you Anna for your hospitality! Nadya & Stuart

#### Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht
Wir haben 8 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. An der Wohnung gibt es nichts auszusetzen, die Dachterrasse mit dem Ausblick ist einfach toll. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung mit den Stränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants hat uns nur halb überzeugt. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (5 und 9) dort. Es war wirklich traumhaft. Die Strände in der Nähe sind super. Alles ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, keine langen Strecken. Anna war super hilfsbereit und hat uns vor ab schon eine lange Liste mit Stränden und Restaurants geschickt. Wir haben tatsächlich nur die super Außendusche genutzt. Besonders gut fanden wir die überdachte Terrasse, die uns fast den ganzen Tag Schatten gespendet hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Anna. Cette maison neuve est spacieuse et la terrasse est splendide avec une vue mer époustouflante. L’environnement est très calme. Très bel endroit, belle vue. Bon équipement, la maison d'Anna est bien située. Je pense qu'il faudrait d'avantage mettre en avant que c'est une maison où l'on respecte l'environnement avec des gestes écologiques (tri, usage de produits nettoyants BIO, etc...). C'est un vrai argument pour choisir ce très chouette lieu.
