Enjoy a private property spanning 50 m2, complete with a patio, garden furniture, and internet access. The house is equipped with essential amenities like a yard, Internet Wifi, and parking.

The main level consists of a combined living and dining area equipped with a satellite TV and an electric heater, as well as an open kitchen with two induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower room and a toilet on this level. The upper floor has an open room with sloping ceilings, containing a French bed measuring 150 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with air conditioning.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available to maintain optimal temperatures throughout the home. The living area opens out to a partly roofed terrace spanning 20 square meters, complete with outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue. Internet connectivity is provided via a free WiFi connection. Parking facilities are available, accommodating up to two cars. Additionally, the property is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of two pets or dogs.
