Nice room and facilities. Staff was non responsive - had to call 3 times for fresh towels , waited hours (until almost 6pm) for the room to be made up on the second day and couldn’t get room service on the phone.

Yes, the room and the hotel was beautiful and culturally decorated. Very classy hotel! Excellent restaurant & cafe too! The staff was superb all the way around. It was a lovely stay.
