It was in an older building but the apartment itself was neat and clean. One heads-up: the pull-out sofa is very small. My 4'11" child couldn't fit on it, so it's really only suitable for very young kids. Overall, it was a solid stay in a quiet neighborhood and in close walking distance of public transportation.
