There is a large front porch with seating which was quite nice. The air conditioner worked great! There are only two actual beds so it would have been nice if some of the couches were pull-out beds. The kitchen was updated and there was lots of cookware but the dishes and silverware were not practical, for example the bowls were too big and they only had large soup spoons, no teaspoons. We loved the neighborhood! There is a coffee shop and two taverns with very good food across the street. I would stay here again. ##### Jeff D. Since we sleep with noise apps, none of us ever heard the train. We did have two issues: 1) the AC doesn’t get upstairs well at all. So downstairs is freezing while upstairs is hot no matter how much you adjust it. Could only find one fan. and 2) we wouldn’t classify the sofa bed as a bed for an adult. It was super uncomfortable for my 28 year old daughter. Other than these two things, it was a nice house. ##### Darlene L.
