You're probably going to spend a lot of time outdoors anyway, we've got a lot of that! In the entire apartment there is a floor heating. The bathroom has the toilet (operated with rain water collected) and the shower. The bathroom has a large, non-transparent window. In the apartment there is only one door leading to the bedroom. There is a large wardrobe with sliding doors and a French lounger in the dimensions 1.40 m wide and 2.0 m in length. The kitchen is open and includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer and a small dishwasher. A coffee maker is also available. There is also a small table for two people. Otherwise, the kitchen is rather lavish with pots, pans and cutlery. The way to the living / dining room leads over two steps. There is a dining table with four chairs and a 2 seater sofa and a chair and the small TV. The door leads into the garden. In the garden you will find an outdoor table with seating, which you are welcome to use. On request, and for a small fee, you can borrow a barbecue, which you then return in a cleaned state. Für mich ein leckerer Obst/Osterteller und auch mein Hund wurde mit einem Leckerli begrüßt. Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und Herr Fuhrmann stand jederzeit zur Verfügung, wenn es ein Problem gab. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage konnte ich schöne Spaziergänge mit dem Hund unternehmen. Trotzdem ist die Stadt innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen, auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen. ##### Monika N. The appartement had every necessity and a big garden with a special place for dogs to use as a toilet for midnight usage. Especially handy for a pup or a really old dog. It was quite a bit of a walk to the nearest grass field or forest for the dogs. That was the only downside. We were greatly taken care of by the homeowner and he even shared some interesting location for us to walk our dog or charge out car. Very clean Close to the centre of Detmold, 5 minutes by car and 10 by bike. Also close to some touristic points like "the Externsteinen" and das Hermanns Denkmal. The host was very kind.
