"The staff was friendly and very professional. The area was the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. "

"The setting is amazing, the facility is world class and so beautiful, but the thing that was the most amazing is the staff. So kind and made sure we were taken care of. We hope to visit again. If you want to relax, there is no better place than Chobe."

"Beautiful grounds if u love nature. Staff available and have good customer care. Overall was a great stay. Highly recommend. "

"The property gives you high luxury in the middle of nature. But what makes the place exceptional is the services given by staff. They treat you like VIP from arrival to check out. I have done a lot of travel and hotels but this was so far my best experience. It brings two worlds together and it’s absolutely have to visit place if you are looking for safari lodges"

"Great!"

"The staff are super accommodating and lovely, all the food served, dinner, breakfast and the packed lunches are yum as. Room and bed were spacious and comfy. Highly recommend to anyone doing gorilla trekking at Buhoma."

"Great looking hotel! i wish I would've had more time to enjoy the terrace and look at primates. Next time, easy choice. I really enjoyed knowing that their vegetation part shares the land with the park, so in a good day you can see Chimps from your front patio."

"Great location with nice view of and access to the lake."

"Great hotel and excellent staff. Definitely the place to stay if you're in Mbarra."

"Great location with beautiful views over a crater lake. Friendly and helpful staff. "

Even though I had a copy of my booking with Hotels.com that clearly stated that I hadn't paid for an air conditioned room, it required 30 minutes of arguing and a call to hotels.com before they would give me the room I had paid for....

"Perfect location, cozy tents, beautiful panorama and nice staff."

"My stay at Gorilla Valley Lodge was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the gardens and properties are beautiful with views overlooking the forest (including the mountain where we did our gorilla trek!). The restaurant area sits atop a hill overlooking a valley with 360 views of the mountains and scenery. The entire property is very peaceful and the restaurant served a three-course meal every evening. The rooms were clean with little welcoming touches when we arrived....

"Me and my family had an amazing stay at Nyanja View. The location is peaceful with beautiful views, and the property is exactly as described. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, decorated in a luxurious African style. We spent our days relaxing by the pool and our evenings at the fireplace. The food was very good, and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our...
