"My friend and I stayed here for 1 night at the beginning of our 6 day tour of Sri Lanka. This place is beautiful, peaceful and quiet and I wished we had stayed longer. The rooms are elevated and there is a walkway to them . My room are spacious, clean, with a seated area and I had a wrap around view of the forest. We ate at the restaurant and the food was amazing. My food allergies was catered for, which sometimes can be a problem. The ambiance of this hotel is lovely and the staff are excellent, nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to the chef that made my meals, this was my first taste of Sri Lankan food. This hotel is going to become popular and I am glad that we visited before that happen. I would definitely stay here again"

A special shout out to our butler Wasant who kindly gave us a tour of the hotel's farm and butterfly garden, and chef Salih for the amazing food. The location is excellent for the cultural triangle. "I like that it is a boutique hotel. Not crowded as they have a selected number of rooms. Rooms are clean with patio open up to nature. You can even hear the peacocks in the morning. Bed is very comfortable. Friendly, respectful and kind staff. Beautiful property."
