« It was a good accommodation »

« Poor »

« Not worth at all »

« We had a decent stay at Clark's Birgunj. Spacious room but the cleanliness and amenities left much to be desired. Good vegetarian breakfast. »

« Utterly incapable of providing the required service standerd. 1. Bad front desk. 2. I don't think I was allotted the room that I had booked and was provided a lower category room. 3. There was no room heating available for us but I saw it was available for the frontdesk staff! Marxism. 4. Poor plumbing and insufficient size of the bathroom water heater »
