« We booked and paid for a room at this establishment. Two days before we received a message by Whatsapp to tell us that there was no one at the reception after 5pm, and give us the procedure to follow to collect our keys and settle down. In the end, this establishment is a room in Airbnb... that's not what we wanted. So we went elsewhere, to a real hotel with people to welcome you and take care of you. »

« Nous avons eu un très bon acceuil. Notre hôte nous a conseillé un restaurant et nous en avons été très satisfaits. Le cottage est très spacieux, pouvant contenir deux familles. Il est original avec ses toitures chaumes apparentes visibles a l'intérieur du cottage et la chambre en hauteur. Bonne etape a recommander. »

"Nous n’avons séjourné qu’une nuit, et c’était notre première nuit en Afrique du Sud. Tout était parfait : la localisation, l’accès au parking, et la sécurité des lieux. Nous avons également reçu des instructions très claires pour notre arrivée. Nous étions 4, dont 2 enfants, et le logement est idéal pour les familles souhaitant découvrir Dullstroom. Sonja est extrêmement bienveillante : notre fille avait oublié son doudou et elle a eu la gentillesse de nous l’envoyer par coursier afin qu’elle puisse le récupérer. C’est une attention vraiment touchante qui nous a beaucoup marqués. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés !"
