« HOTELS. COM a mentionné sur les réservations que les chambres ont vue sur piscine et sur la mer et que des peignoirs ainsi que les chaussons d'intérieur sont fournis. CE N EST PAS VRAI. L'hotel prétend que les chambres EXOTICA n'ont pas ces prestations. Par ailleurs, il est anormal que la plus grande piscine soit fermée aux clients au prétexte que le soir il y a une célébration de mariage. Sur 3 piscines nous n'avions en réalité qu'une de disponible car le 3° piscine était sale. Manque de...

« Comfortable stay. Excellent service and I will recommend for anyone. If any guest come for serious discussion give them private area not in middle of the restaurant. Their loud conversations is not comfortable for other guest and rude attitude towards serving bearers, shouldn’t be allow. Such guests may be Big shots of the town/city but certain good attitude to be kept to the staff , senior managers sit with the guest and absorbs such attitude. »

« 15 Jours de détente, entrecoupé d'une escapade de 4 jours complets à l'extérieur dans les sites alentours qui peut être organisé sur place. Confort, luxe, bien être, calme, et attentes soignées. Personnel à l'écoute et disponible 24/h, le moindre désir satisfait, trés professionnel, aimable, discret. Accession rapide à la plage ou piscine. De très jolies sculptures de tortues ornent l'hôtel et le rendent particulièrement "classe". Je le recommande absolument et notament, pour les soins...

« I loved my stay here the staff are so easy going and friendly. The Ayurvedic massage is the best in Varkala and the view of the beach and ocean is amazing. I wanted a laid back place with no stress and that’s what Nebo is for me. There is no restaurant however Cafe Sarawaa and Trip is Life is minutes away. Also if looking for peace and quiet this is the place to visit South cliff as North Cliff is too loud and busy. Stayed in both and I prefer South ❤️ »

"Déplorable - A FUIR Un enchaînement de mensonges et de difficultés. J'avais réservé et prépayé sur EXPEDIA, une Suite Deluxe avec balcon, vue sur mer et 2 grands lits : - Check in : ils ne trouvent pas la réservation ni le paiement. On a dû remplir tout un tas de papiers, leur envoyer des impressi0ons écrans. Bref, on y a passé un temps fou. - La chambre : quand, enfin, on a pu accéder à notre chambre, on ne voit qu'un seul lit Queen... on leur dit que ça ne correspond pas du tout à notre réservation. Et c'est reparti pour des discussions interminables. Mon fils a eu le propriétaire au téléphone, fortement désagréable et de mauvaise foi. Finalement, ils nous proposent un lit supplémentaire dans la chambre, qui veulent nous facturer. Le lit est un lit d'appoint, correct pour un enfant, mais mon fils a 34 ans et mesure 1m90 (6'2) !! - EXPEDIA : je décide alors de contacter le service client. Ils me proposent d'annuler, mais à mes frais, et de trouver un autre hébergement. Il est déjà 18h, il fait nuit. Les échanges par chat ont duré 1h sans qu'EXPEDIA nous trouve une solution satisfaisante. SERVICE CLIENT déplorable - Vue mer : quelle blague !! Plutôt vue sur la rue et les ordures.... En se mettant sur la pointe des pieds, on arrive à voir un bout de mer, de la taille d'une carte postale ! - Petit déjeuner : Sur EXPEDIA, il est mentionné qu'il s'agit d'un buffet : encore un mensonge ... La nourriture (indienne) est de qualité très moyenne. Sens du service =0 EXPEDIA+HÔTEL=0 "
