« I reserved a room with two queen beds and a kitchenette. The room had two beds and a refrigerator; it wasn’t what I reserved. The parking lot was in extremely poor condition. The beds in the room were in very bad condition; they felt like a piece of foam over bed springs, I think sleep on the floor would have been more comfortable than the beds provided.
