« Very Dirty and unclean Elevator very dirty and in need of repair 3 men sitting right at the entrance door within a foot or 2 of the door where we were told to enter hotel each man was smoking an each had a 12 pack of beer --My wife did not feel safe The hallways and room all smelled very bad AC did not work well »

« This hotel was really nice on the inside but mildly felt unsafe on the outside. We had no issues or anything but it just didnt feel like it was in the best part of town. Overall good price and close enough to downtown that it worked well. The rooms were really nice. »

« We particularly enjoyed how accommodating the staff was to our requests. We wanted extra towels and they immediately made that happen, our car was immediately greeted and unloaded by the valet, making check-in very smooth. Its central location to excellent dining was also a huge plus! »

La pompe de la piscine s'est arrêtée pendant notre sejour et n'a pas été réparée. Nous n'avons donc pu bénéficier de la piscine. De plus, les Bar-b-cues extérieurs étaient non utilisables car trop sales et non performants. »

« My daughter and I stayed here for her UAB orientation, and our room was spacious and well-kept. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day on campus. The on-site dining, though offering a limited menu, had delicious options, and we were happy we chose to eat in rather than venture out, tired and in search of food.
