« The house was clean and had just about everything you need for an extended stay. I was only there in the evenings but it was warm and inviting when I returned from the Deer woods every day. Having the whole house and appliances was great but if you need to prep any meals, you will need to bring a sharp knife for chopping and slicing meats or vegetables. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and the second bedroom has a bunk bed that I didn't use. The basement room off of the laundry room...

« Not as advertised. 4 or 5 single rooms off a hall. Two common restrooms. Common kitchen. Felt like a less secure youth hostel. Fire sprinkler system was locked out. Fairly confident there is no occupancy permit from the city. Had there been a reasonable option I would have walked out. »

« Amazing host! The cabin was spacious, cozy, and everything and more we had hoped for. We wanted somewhere nestled in the forest away from other houses and people. This was perfect! Very clean, very welcoming. We will definitely return to experience more of Raystown Lake and state parks in the summer. »

« We had a great extended weekend experience with college friends. The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and has all of kitchen supplies we needed for our meals. The owner is VERY responsive to any questions/requests. Fun rec room in basement. We are considering staying there again next year. Highly recommend!! »
