« Excellent we will be returning again »

« Current location, beautiful accommodations really enjoyed the rooftop bar. Thanks to the staff for helping make our anniversary special. »

« Très propre. Lits confortables. Décor à revoir et tapis à enlever. »

« The New England fall colors were fantastic, but everything else about this hotel stops being impressive at the door - inside the property is not well maintained. Walls are thin, power sockets don’t work well, everything is due for renovation. Considering the $400+ per night rate, it is not worth it at all. I know the location commends premium, but you are much better off driving 30 - 40 minutes to stay at a much better and more affordable place nearby. »

« Petite chambre avec climatisation assourdissante et ventilateur également tres bruyant. Tres mauvaise nuit par un temps tres chaud. Très déçue »

« The staff the rooms the atmosphere location the FOOD. Well deserved best hotel in the state by far. »

« The manager is lazy and not excited with new customers. Slow, not very efficient he is working with a mess of papers all around him. »

« Heidi est une hôte exceptionnelle. Ses déjeuners sont un vrai régal à chaque matin. Elle est au petit soin avec chacun de nous. L’endroit est magnifique et bien apaisant. On recommande sans hésiter. J’ai bien hâte d’y retourner. »

« Excellent room for the price. Very quiet. Many restaurants near by. I do highly recommend this motel. »

« Good enough for one night »

« The room was updated to a high end accommodation , it was Beautiful, the inn keepers were nice and accommodating. Location was perfect , to walk around New Milford Room was on a busy road A hot breakfast should have been included »

« Was a last minute booking a a wonderful surprise!. The owner, Lulu, has created wonderful little surprise in this sweet NE town. Stylish, functional, simple but elegant. Super comfortable room, great location, quiet, yet in town, gorgeous, well-maintained gardens. We will be back! »

« Very nice. »

« Arrived to motel very late and prior to going to bed discovered that there was missing a sheet on the bed so slept uncomfortably, fully dressed and cold ,with "hazmat suit". No service or staff present to address. Priced extremely high due to zero availability elsewhere. Needs a complete gut job. In all fairness, I knew this could be an adventure prior to booking but not to that extent. »

« We rented the room for the jetted hot tub, which worked great. We paid $182, which is about the same in comparison to other places. The only downfall compared to other motels we stayed at to this place is they did not offer coffee a machine, ice machine, no blow dryer. Very basic. It was also very loud outside and above us. »
