« Very lovely cottage. It was quite and cozy. Would have given it more stars but host did not respond to any of my messages. They did not give check in info until a few hours before check in. »

« Great stay as always! »

« Perfect little weekend getaway! »

« This was our second time staying in one of James’ property. This house has the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The only issue I had to give it a 4 star is the guest bedroom with the bunkbeds, was hot and did not have an AC unit in it. When we arrived it was 78 degrees in that room and it only got down to about 75 the rest of the time. The shade in that room was also broken and it wouldn’t close without doing it manually. The shades in the 2 rooms were not good at keeping the light out either. The...

« Really nice property, quite and full of nature. »

« U wish there would have been a bathroom on the first floor »

« The worst air b and b experience of my life. We travel on weekends often and have stay at air b and b’s often; we understand each property and owner is unique to their approach at hosting. This property was a nightmare. Spiders and webs lined all the ceilings, with bugs all throughout the floors of the rooms. Every crack in the kitchen counter has major crumbs and debris everywhere. Upstairs does not have AC, which was problematic for our visit when it was in the high 80’s and 90’s. The lights...

« The unit was perfect for my husband and I. Close to town and had everything we needed. James was an excellent communicator and promptly took care of an issue. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again! »

« Pet friendly »

« The location of this property is perfect- within walking distance of restaurants and all the things to do in downtown Somerset. If you feel like staying in, the house has everything necessary to host well! The house is spotlessly clean and has great quality linens. 10/10 would stay again! »

« We really enjoyed the accommodations. Had a great time. Great for watching sports and having family together. Lots to do with the pool table and the video games etc. Would like to return and stay again when the lake is full. »

« Would definitely stay again. »

« The beds were comfortable. The house wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The communication was challenging. There are a lot of rules and cleaning requirements left for the guests. The host requested that the next guests be allowed to bring some stuff to the house while we were still booked for their stay. Overall it was an odd experience that I don't want to have again. There was a lot of light flickering and it just didn't feel welcoming. There were also used toiletry items left. »

« My daughters loved the Taylor Swift theme and it was in a quiet safe area »

« Had some trouble with all the remotes working on and off for the fireplaces. Only had 3 towels for 4 people and the upstairs bed was broken but overall it was a great stay. It was a cute little place with a great deck. Very clean. »
