Eine englische Variante wäre gut gewesen. Die Heizung lässt sich nur über eine App steuern, für die man sich mit seinen privaten Daten anmelden muss. "Das Haus war bei Anreise total ausgekühlt. Den Strom darf man natürlich selbst nachzahlen. Zwei von drei Heizungen im Wohnzimmer funktionieren nicht.Termostat im Bad kaputt (auf 18 eingestellt, auf 11 wurde geheizt)Duschvorhang hat komische Flecken, der Küchenhan tropft, manche Lampen sind kaputt, man hatte öfter einen Türgriff in der Hand.Man zahlt im Voraus (ggf.) eine Reinigungsgebühr, da man nicht u.a. Fenster putzen möchte - kommt an und die Fenster sind mindestens ein halbes Jahr nicht...

"NOVASOL are horrible to work with. If you attempt to contact them via VRBO messaging, they will ignore your messages for months at a time. They will refuse to rent bed linens and towels to you, even though they don't provide them. They will also accuse you of 'not contacting them immediately' with issues, even though their internal booking system lists an out of date phone number and does not list their hours of operation for the chat system.
