"Es gab keinen Kontakt direkt zum Gastgeber, nur zu Mitarbeitern von Campaya, das macht es sehr unpersönlich.Mir wurde eine sofortige Stornierung angedroht und Einbehaltung der ersten Rate, weil die 2. Rate nicht sofort ankam, wegen eines Fehlers, der nicht bei mir lag.Campaya ist nur bis 15h erreichbar, schreibt aber selbst Nachrichten nach dieser Zeit, ohne dass man als Kunde darauf zeitnah reagieren kann.Im Haus gab es entscheidende Mängel: undichte Fenster, was sehr hohe Energiekosten...

"Huset OK men spartansk indrettet. Da vi ankom var der nusset med støv i krogene og under møbler, og der var stænk over komfuret. På badeværelset, stueetagen var gulvet beskidt og toilettet ikke renset efter sidste bruger - meget ulækkert. Vi måtte starte med at gøre rent. Afløbet i vasken i samme badeværelse var tilnærmelsesvis stoppet - vandet løb meget langsomt ud.Badeforhænget ved husets eneste bad fungerede ikke, så det 'sejlede' når der blev taget bad.Det kunne være rart med knagerækker i...
