Un hôtel de cette catégorie pourrait proposer de quoi faire bouillir de l'eau pour un thé ou un café. Pas pris de repas sur place mais les salles semblent coquettes et agréables. Personnel d'accueil très sympathique et au petit soin. »

« The room was clean, but the shower room could do with a deep clean. Yellow around plug area and taps on sink. Vents very dusty. The shower wasn't working. Door to reception said open from 7am but it didn't open till 8am house keeper came to look at the shower who also couldn't get it working so opened up an unoccupied room for me to use the shower Staff were fantastic. Ate in the restaurant Saturday night. Again staff were very accommodating and friendly. Food was fantastic »

« The hotel was clean but basic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This is a good place to stay if you're on a budget and don't worry about the frills. It's a little tired but that is easy to forgive at this price. It's close to the centre and so very convenient for anyone working in, or vising Boston. There is an Indian restaurant on site which is worth visiting, and a public bar so if you're visiting friends it there is a good place to meet. As I say it ain't the Ritz but its certainly...

« The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted. The problem was with their check in procedure. Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling. After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered. Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment...
