"The place was amazing...small paradise..staff was all wonderful..no matter where you are standing you have gorgeous views....peaceful, cabins are clean and well equiped...staff was very attentive. "La dirección está equivocada para empezar, el mapa marca que está por Chiacam pero realmente está en Cobán ( a un promedio de 25 km de distancia ) no es “Casa Completa” es un hotel por lo que no pudimos usar todos los espacios, el lugar estaba horrorosamente sucio, tuvimos que comprar veneno para zancudos y cucarachas, la cocina no es como la fotografía, todo estaba sucio de la cocina, gracias a Dios nosotros llevamos nuestros utensilios, como habían otros inquilinos por ser hotel el lugar,...

"The room was very small. The bathroom floor was one step higher than the room, which could be dangerous when one gets up at night to use it due to poor lighting and sleepiness. However, these are all minor issues comparing with what we encountered upon check-in at the front desk. We were told that while Expedia informed the hotel of my reservation, it didn't send the payment to the hotel, so I had to pay to the hotel. I made a credit card payment as demanded, and recieved only a credit card...
