The first floor greets you with a lavish kitchen and beautiful living room. The professional grade chef kitchen with a 48\` Viking 8 burner gas range, oversized refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, built-in microwave, additional ice maker machine separate from the refrigerator, and additional beverage fridges is fully stocked with everything you\`ll need to enjoy large dinners. The dining room features a breathtaking chandelier centerpiece, accommodating seating for 14-16 with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island.  
  
After a day at the beach or enjoying your private pool and hot tub (heated seasonally October-March for additional fee), you can enjoy a relaxing evening with friends and family in the living room, featuring 2 large L-shaped couches with a 65\` smart TV. Guests can take the stairs or use the in-home elevator to the remaining floors in this home. Each floor offers spacious bedrooms with gorgeous décor, attached private bathrooms, and magnificent design throughout. You will find the first two bedrooms on this floor; both king suites complete with a flat-screen tv and private bathroom. The second floor welcomes you with 4 more bedrooms.
