I am not sure if it's owned by individual owners or if the rental agency owns it but it has small amenities like a coffee maker and blender but no hair dryer. Although they give you about 8-10 bath towels at the start of your stay you have to pay to launder them (coin laundry on the same floor) or your sheets during your stay. We had a gulf side balcony room but what the pictures don't show is that your bedroom has a window that faces the indoor floor landing and you can hear EVERYONE getting on and off the elevators and no one cares that they made a bunch of noise getting to their rooms disturbing everyone. We got a great early season rate and it is definitely a nice place if you are on a budget as it has some amenities for the kids if the gulf is too rough. I would say if you have a family it's a good option but if you are looking for quiet and peaceful trip and getting a full nights sleep, I would look at other condos.
