Our friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1408 is a bright and cheerful one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo accommodating up to six. This gorgeous retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and awe-inspiring views. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere that complements comfortable furnishings. Your whole crew can stretch out and relax in the living room, featuring a sofa, two large recliners, and a flat-screen TV. A private balcony just outside offers stunning views of the beach below and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll find several places to enjoy one another's company over morning coffee, whether at the table in the living room or at the breakfast bar with seating for three. Whip up delightful meals for the family in the beautifully appointed kitchen, then relax on the balcony and enjoy breathtaking sunsets each night. Enjoy peaceful sleep in the master suite, with a king-sized bed, while the kids enjoy their own space on twin bunks nestled in the hall. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements for two.



Hit the treadmill at the fitness facility, soothe aching muscles in the hot tub, then take a dip in the pool. Before long, the sugar-white sand and emerald waters will call you to the beach, where you can work on that summer tan! Get out and try nearby restaurants, including Bonefish Grill, 790, and Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House on the Destin Harbor. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
