This large property boasts many amenities, including an outdoor and indoor pool, where you can take a break from the sand. Take a dip in our outdoor hot tub to relax or sit in the sauna for a while. Get a quick workout in the fitness center. A few of the seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, beach chairs, and umbrellas that can be rented for an additional fee. SunDestin 1204 is a bright and airy one-bedroom condo with sleeping for six guests. When you walk in, you’ll see the bedroom with a king bed and a TV. A full bath can be accessed from the bedroom and a half bath is accessible from the hall for guest convenience. Twin bunks are in the hallway- they’re great for kids. Walk into the common area and find the open kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The dining room table seats four and the living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Walk through the sliding door to find sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. This one-bedroom rental has everything you need for a great Destin escape. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs. One thing that rubbed us the wrong way: We were emailed twice asking if we would like to stay longer. We could not, but when our flight was changed it was like pulling teeth to keep the room longer when no one was even going to be in it for two days. They gave us an extra hour till 11\. We asked for till 2\. Our flight had been changed to 7 that evening. On top of that, the cleaning lady came twice in a bad mood when we explained we had the place for an extra hour. Whoopee! Then to top off, I was called after we left the unit at 11:30 to see if we had left the unit. All that was a total turn off to end a vacation.
