This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Upon entering SunDestin 804, you will feel right at home, while being able to experience breathtaking eighth-floor views of the Gulf of Mexico. To the right of the entrance, you will find the bedroom featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and comfortable bedding, along with direct entrance to the bathroom. Plenty of seating is available at the kitchen breakfast bar. Overall the condo was great and decorated nicely to give you that beachy feel. The balcony provided outstanding views and the location is wonderful! My only complaints were that the hallway bathroom toilet was constantly running and the air conditioner is extremely loud and when it kicked on throughout the night, it startled us every time. Also, we could not get the dishwasher to start which would have been a bigger issue if our stay had been longer. All three of these things have been mentioned by previous guests as well. One other thing that would have been helpful would be for there to have been more bath towels. Overall though, it was good and I would stay here again. ##### Ashley G. Location was great! Right off the beach with a great balcony view! Resort is older, room has been updated some. Read reviews about A/C unit being loud, at that was spot on!! It is extremely loud, probably needs to be replaced with a quiet unit very soon, was hard to sleep at nice. Water pressure in shower wasn’t great, and dishwasher seemed to not always want to start/work properly. Attempted to check-in early, we were told room wasn’t ready and they would notify us when our unit was ready. Front desk never did this, went to front counter right a check-in time and they grabbed our keys from a basket, not sure why they didn’t contact us prior. We waited almost two hours, along with several other guests wanting to check-in. They all experienced a similar scenario being told rooms weren’t ready. The view was beautiful and the condo was clean. We brought our three kids and it was family friendly. The issue we had with the unit was that the air conditioning unit is in the wall of the bedroom. It kicked on through the night and would wake us every time. It was loud. We ended up sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room to distance ourselves from it. The only other issue was the funky smell of the main lobby. It was an overwhelming potpourri smell. ##### Trisha S. Other units in the building have the ac in the bedroom wall. They are really loud and would wake me up all night. This unit has the ac on the balcony so I slept really well! This unit also has a really string showerhead - which may seem like a small thing- but it was fantastic for blasting off the days worth of sunblock, dried salt, and stray sand. I also like that the balcony chairs are elevated so you can see the gulf without the balcony railing impeding the view. I've already booked this unit for next year! ##### Andrea M. Master bed was pretty firm and uncomfortable. If you’re used to squishy beds bring a egg foam or something to help with that. Had a coffee pot but did not provide filters so just FYI plan on grabbing your own. The restaurant downstairs is decent but nothing amazing. You’re better to make food to take down to the beach. Overall a lovely stay but I do with the mattress was higher quality. The property itself was very nice. Elevators were quick, staff friendly, pool nice. ##### Elizabeth D.
