Sugar Sand & Sea - Pool, Spa, Private Beach Access

Sugar Sand and Sea is a new listing on VRBO. This home is a beautifully appointed and fully outfitted 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home that sleeps 16. Situated in the beautiful, exclusive neighborhood of Destiny East, this home offers a private, heated pool and a beach access just steps from the house! Guests will also be allowed access to all the amenities that Destiny East offers including tennis courts, a fitness center, a playground structure, a large community pool, and a private movie theater.

This home has two first floor bedrooms with a king bed in each, for those guests who don't want to climb stairs. On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms with a king bed in each and one bedroom with two bunk beds in it (a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top). Kids (and adults!) will enjoy the Pacman gaming console in the bunk room!

In addition, all bedrooms in the home have their own private bathroom (a real plus!).

This home has a spacious open-concept living area, with an outdoor space that also allows for guests to enjoy hanging out by the pool or just soaking in the Florida sunshine.

You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for meal prep. You'll also find plenty of towels (both bath and pool/beach), blankets, and pillows. Just pack your suitcase and you'll be set! This home has it all!

We absolutely loved this home. It was comfortable. The beds were comfortable and just felt like home away from home. The pool and jacuzzi were fabulous. We were in the pool first thing in the morning when it was still cool outside, but the warmth of the pool made it so enjoyable. I can't say enough about Linda. This is the best hostess ever! Communication is top notch. She made this trip magical. Thank you Linda.

Just finished a family trip at Sugar Sand, and Sea! I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. First of all, Linda thought of everything! Pool towels, beach equipment, extra linens & pillows, lighted make up mirror in every bathroom, lots of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans, small appliances. There wasn’t one time that we looked for something that wasn’t already there. Everything was organized and clean. The pool & spa was amazing. Very private and lots of places to relax. The private beach entrance was very nice as well. It was an easy 5-6 minute walk from the house and even tho our designated area wasn’t huge, it was never crowded like at the public access points. All the bedrooms had TVs, ceiling fans and their own bathrooms which was great, and the beds were all very comfortable. A/C worked great, a real plus in Florida. Communication with Linda was fast and efficient! She always responded quickly and answered any questions or concerns that we had. Check-in was simple and she notified us two hours earlier to let us know that the house was ready. We have stayed at a lot of vacation homes and our whole family agreed that this is one of our favorites! We will definitely be coming back to Sugar, Sand & Sea the next time we visit Destin.

Great Vacation!

The house was perfect for our extended family. We had 6 children 8 years and younger. They loved the pool and the beach was a short walk from the house. The house had everything we needed, crib, pack and play, even a baby bathtub. The kitchen had all the amenities needed and the outdoor grill and refrigerator were very nice.

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family! We’ve rented a lot of houses, but this one was tops. It had everything you could possibly need. We didn’t know how important having access to a private beach was until this trip. Linda was wonderful to work with. She always got back to us promptly and made us feel at ease. Family vacation

We had a fantastic stay at the house. The heated pool was perfect with cooler weather. The beach access was very convenient. We cooked a full Christmas dinner and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Each bedroom having a private bathroom was an added bonus. Linda made our stay great!

Fabulous family get together home!

We can't say enough about this property, location and communication with the owner. Everything was as promised with plenty of room for our big group. The kitchen has everything you could ask for and plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which is a very short walk down the block. They also provided a ton of towels for the pool and beach. They even provided a crib, baby seat, play n pack and more. Our family had a wonderful time and we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend and we'll be back fsure!

This property met all expectations. Very well maintained and very clean. If you like cooking at home, this kitchen is extremely well equipped with anything you might want. Very easy walk to the beach, and offers anything you might want to take with you. My communication with Linda was outstanding - she replied to all my texts immediately. Highly recommend this home. Great Vacation House

We were very pleased with the house as it was very clean and comfortable. It met all of our family's needs as we all had our own bedroom and bath. There was a crib and pack and play available for our two young grandchildren and the bunk beds were perfect for the older kids. The property manager responded very quickly anytime that we texted and was always helpful. Having the private beach access was a definite plus. If we return to the Destin area we would definitely rent this place again!

Perfect home and location

This home was perfect for our large group. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. I've stayed at many rentals and have never stayed in one that had so many appliances, pots, pans, Tupperware, etc. This well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed and was very convenient. All of the beach toys, wagons, ice chests came in handy as well. The kids loved all of the board game options, as well as the video game upstairs. The information provided to us before our stay was very informative and detailed. Having contact with the owner was very convenient and helpful. The owner was very kind and replied quickly when I had questions. Everyone in our group said they would definitely stay at this home again.

Just Perfect!

My family and I had the best time at Sugar Sand and Sea! We loved the house, neighborhood, and its proximity to the beach. The pool was perfect and private which was necessary. The back door even has a button to push when using the door which was peace of mind with four littles. Probably the cleanest beach house I’ve ever stayed in and it had everything we needed and more. Linda was amazing and so easy to communicate with. She made things happen and was just a text away. Thank you for everything, we will be back!

Perfect for our family

This house is amazing. With my husband and I, our five kids, one spouse and the five grandkids, we had PLENTY of room. Super close walking distance to the beach access was great but the grandkids liked the pool way more so most of the water time was in the pool. Very convenient. The slightly over sized kitchen setup was perfect for cooking the family meals and having two large tables meant the two high chairs were accommodated as well. The owner was very awesome and forthcoming with all information requested in a timely manner! If we're ever in Destin again, we know where we're going and who we're booking with!

An amazing property in Destin

The Sand Dollar house is fantastic and in a great location. Excellent pool and outdoor covered seating area. The house was spotless upon arrival and everything you need is included, even wagons for the short walk to the beach. Linda was a great host and we are making plans to return next year.

Beautiful property!

Our stay was everything we hoped for our summer family vacation. Linda was exceptional in her communication with us and the various rules of the HOA. The property is beautifully maintained and has all the creature comforts needed . Fluffy white towels, paper products and a fully stocked kitchen . Destin Beach is white sands and emerald waters. Of course, it was hard to leave the pool and hot tub as so wonderful, too. . Would highly recommend.

Birthday celebration

Our 4 adult children, 5 grands (ages 9 to 1) and us 2 grandparents celebrated my birthday there. The lay out of the home was perfect with the Grandchildren having their own room. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom a big plus. It's a very short walk too the private beach, we did rent golf carts thou...the beach water was Amazing.The backyard of the house was fun, private pool, outdoor kitchen . The entire stay at this location was PERFECT. But another perk was the owner/manager was accessable any time.. As we did have questions... Love this place and can promise we will be back. Nothing but fun.

Wonderful property

We had a great time during our stay. The house was perfect for our group of three families with teenage kids. Very well-appointed and new. Great location, just a few houses from the beach, and the pool/spa is great. Communication from the owner could not have been better and she was extremely accommodating to us during our stay. Strict HOA rules, but that was made very clear by the owner, and we did not have any problems. Highly recommended!!!
