Silver Shells St. Maarten 503 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the fifth floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access. St. Maarten 503 has everything you and your family will need to feel at home at the beach.

The condo is furnished with a washer and dryer.  
  
The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Maarten 503 have been decorated with a beach theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.  
  
The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. The first guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two full beds and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.  
  
Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Tennis courts, a basketball court, and separate aerobics and weightlifting facilities help to keep you active and energized!

Really enjoyed this stay! My toddler had a blast and was so excited about this rental. Although the listing photos were nice, it still did not do the rental any justice because it was still so breathtaking in person. I cannot wait to visit again.

#### The location is perfect, just walking distance to the beach and closed to other facilities.

We had a good time get away with families and friends. The property and the property management were prompt whenever we need something, and the check in and check out processes were easy and quick. Internet and cable TV were quick with available channels.

Good rental! It was clean and well stocked. We had our 9 and 5 year old grandkids with us and they loved how close it was to the beach and pool. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for 3 of the 5 days.
